The Project Intelligence Institute is an initiative of Opexivity LLC, which is responsible for information submitted through this website.
Registration, contact and pilot-interest submissions are received and managed by Opexivity LLC (support@opexivity.com) on behalf of the Institute.
Information you provide
Registration collects your full name, organisation, role, country, email, licence acceptance, and optional PIBOK updates preference. Contact and pilot-interest forms collect your name, email address, selected topic, message, and acknowledgement of this policy. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project information.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and, when you request it, contact you about the certification pilot or PIBOK updates. Registration enables access to PIBOK downloads. We do not use an enquiry as consent for unrelated marketing. Responding to enquiries is based on our legitimate interest in operating the Institute; pilot and PIBOK updates are based on your consent, which you may withdraw by contacting support@opexivity.com.
Service providers and retention
This website uses hosting and form-processing providers to receive and store submissions, including spam screening. Hosting providers may process technical request information for security and operation. Information may be processed outside your country, subject to the provider’s applicable data protection safeguards.
Registration information is retained as needed to manage document access and your updates preference, or until deletion is requested, unless legally required. Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and keep an appropriate record. Pilot-interest information is retained while the pilot is being organised or until you withdraw your request, unless further retention is legally required.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Use the contact form and select the relevant topic, stating that your request concerns privacy. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This public website does not add analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
